WHEN CAN I SUBMIT PHOTOS FOR A PORTFOLIO?
Those that have no MEMBERSHIP can submit every MONTH on selected date from 12.00PM to 3.00PM (CET )
Those who got the MEMBERSHIP can also submit every FRIDAY from 12.00AM to 6.00PM (CET )
HOW CAN I ADD A BIOGRAPHY AND PHOTO PROFILE TO MY PORTFOLIO?
You can apply every Sunday from the Members Area after you Sign In.
IS EVERYONE CAN HAVE A PORTFOLIO?
No, first you need to apply for membership to have a portfolio. Photos approved by the editors can be seen in the ARCHIVE will be automatically uploaded to your personal portfolio.
DO I NEED A PORTFOLIO TO SUBMIT PHOTOS?
No, you can submit photos for free every MONTH on a selected date without having a PORTFOLIO or MEMBERSHIP on our platform.
HOW DO I GET A PORTFOLIO?
You can apply for MEMBERSHIP so that we can create you a portfolio.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE PHOTOS APPROVED AFTER SUBMITTING PHOTOS FOR PORTFOLIO?
You can find the photos approved on our ARCHIVE.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can cancel it anytime. Your PORTFOLIO will not be deleted even you canceled your MEMBERSHIP but you cannot have the privilege to submit photos every Friday.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE REVIEWED?
We try to review our submissions as soon as possible, but due to the amount of submissions we receive, it can take up to 72 hours or 3 days.
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I SUBMIT FOR MY PORTFOLIO EVERY THURSDAY OR FRIDAY?
You can submit up to 3 PHOTOS for members and not subscribe members.
WILL MY PHOTOGRAPHS BE DEFINITELY PUBLISHED EVEN IF I HAD A MEMBERSHIP?
No. Photographs are selected after being individually reviewed by photo editors who assess them according to whether they are in line with the aesthetics of the publication and the platform. Iconic Artist has own specific identity but we would like to clarify that a negative judgment is not an absolute judgment: if a user’s image is turned down, it simply means that it is not in line with our aesthetics either the editors didn’t like it.
WHAT IS EDITORS’ PICK?
EDITORS’ PICK are photos chosen by our editors that stand out from the rest. Some photographs will be feature on our social network and print issue.
CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE PORTFOLIO?
No, having more than one PORTFOLIO is not allowed. Editors reserve the right to eliminate extra PORTFOLIO without having to notify the user.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF ONE OF MY PHOTGRAPHS HAS BEEN CHOSEN TO BE FEATURED IN THE MAGAZINE OR EXHIBITION?
All photos uploaded on our website remain property of their authors. If we are interested in publishing your work in our print issue, you will be contact for any additional information.
CAN I HAVE A FREE COPY OF THE PRINT MAGAZINE OR DIGITAL ISSUE?
Unfortunately, we do not supply free copies of the magazine, This is simply because of printing and designing costs. However, we can send you for free a tear sheets (Digital) of your photos that were printed.

HOW CAN I MAKE COLLABORATIONS IN YOUR MAGAZINE?
It depends on what collaborations you intend but you can send us your proposal in any case here.
HOW CAN I GET PUBLISHED IN YOUR MAGAZINE?
You can submit for PORTFOLIO or EDITORIAL .
I HAVE ALREADY A PORTFOLIO ON YOUR PLATFORM BUT I CAN’T LOG IN?
If you have already a portfolio on our platform and you can’t log in, it means you did not have a MEMBERSHIP . This feature is new to our platform and we only introduced this option for those who want to have a privilege.
I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP AND PORTFOLIO ON YOUR PLATFORM BUT MY PHOTOS THAT I SUBMITTED ARE ALWAYS DECLINED. HOW COME?
Having a MEMBERSHIP does not automatically mean that the photos you submit will be approved by our editors. Iconic Artist has its own aesthetic and if your photos do not meet our criteria, they will not appear in your PORTFOLIO or our ARCHIVE . This does not mean that your photos are not good, they just do not meet our aesthetic.
