BIOGRAPHY

I was born in 1984 in Ukraine. Ever since the first camera appeared in my life i showed a particular interest in photography.

In 2020 happy marriage and family life brought me to Germany where i took my first course on photography. My creative path began with successful experiments in mobile photography. But soon i felt ready for a new challenge and completed several courses on professional photography. Since then, i have been practicing a lot and my artworks have gradually grown into distinct art – a self-portrait. I say: ‘Making self-portraits was a way to learn myself better, to accept my personality and over the time it has become something more than just a self-portraits, it has become an art.’

My style is closely linked to Renaissance and Dutch painting. Most works are noted for their nostalgic or surreal atmosphere which gives the author a sense of calm and peace. I hope that people will feel the same when looking at my portraits.
