BIOGRAPHY

My name is Egor Semchenkov. My homeland is Russia. I was born, grew up and live in the city of Smolensk. My parents are civil engineers, and I followed in their footsteps from a young age, receiving an engineering education. It was the ordinary life of an ordinary person. But one day, in my small town, filled with ordinary events, I got my hands on a camera. And I breathed in a new way. It's like I've finally found myself. As a result of living in an environment of people who are not interested in art, I was not part of the creative community for a long time, remaining alone with the world of photography. Independently comprehending the art of photography, I draw inspiration from the interplay of music, painting, literature, and cinema. In 2021, I will organize an exhibition of my photos.
